I'm Toby Schwartz, a computer science student,
and an aspiring software engineer.

About Me

About Me

I am a Computer Science student at the University of Connecticut, expecting to graduate in May 2027 with a Major GPA of 3.87. My concentration is in Software Development, complemented by a Minor in Entrepreneurship.

I am proficient in C++, Java, and Python. My practical experience includes a Software Engineering Internship at ASSA ABLOY, where I developed a Python desktop application using Tkinter, Pydantic, and Pandas that enabled engineers to debug issues 5x faster. I also leveraged Pandas and Postgres to analyze battery life data for 5,000 devices, optimizing replacement schedules.

In the classroom, I developed a full-stack Python Flask and React TSX Pet Adoption Website and implemented GitHub Actions for automated testing.

My leadership skills are demonstrated by my role as a Founding Father and Sentinel of Alpha Epsilon Pi, where I received the "Brother of the Year" award.
